In most cases, we already make suggestions in the initial meeting. Ultimately, of course, many details are decisive, which an experienced consultant will discuss with you and openly assess. Basically, you can count on very fast processes at Schollmeyer&Steidl, since the processes are always supported by several consultants throughout Germany and flanked by the market-comprehensive database.

You can't demand it, but we will discuss any ideas and give open and clear feedback - even if (and why) it doesn't fit.

With us, "data protection Made in Germany" applies. We take this very seriously and also delete data accordingly immediately, either after expiry of the statutory periods or immediately after a corresponding request from you.

Consulting and placement are free of charge for candidates. We conclude fee agreements with law firms, companies, banks/insurance companies and WPGs.

For personal coaching, a fee agreement can also be concluded with individuals.

Initially, only key data is compared. If concrete goals are envisaged and before a possible mediation process begins, a 30-45 minute meeting takes place. During the process, further talks of approx. 15 minutes or depending on the process follow.

With partners or teams, a more detailed meeting of >1 hour is often useful at the beginning.

There is probably no HR and merger consultancy in Germany that is more familiar with the business plans of lawyers and tax consultants. However, we cannot knit your business case, but we can support you with the appropriate know-how. Even the right presentation is often a matter of nuances. And they differ from law firm to law firm or auditing firm.
