Debora Satta

Debora Satta is partner and manager in Schollmeyer&Steidl’s inhouse recruitment team. She studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt, as well as at the University of Pisa (Italy). She completed her legal internship in Frankfurt and in New York, USA. Furthermore, she undertook an LL. M. at the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt.

After her second state examination, she worked for two years in the legal department of Commerzbank AG, where she practiced banking and capital markets law. 

In November 2013, Debora Satta became a consultant for an international recruiting consultancy, where she recruited lawyers primarily for banks and other companies. 

In November 2014, she joined Schollmeyer&Steidl in Frankfurt as a consultant. She focuses on inhouse recruitment and is responsible for consulting clients and candidates at all levels of seniority across Germany, particularly in the Rhine-Main area, Berlin and partly Southern Germany.
